We had an outstanding first quarter at Heritage Institute of Sustainability. We have secured partnerships with several suppliers to strengthen our project support team. We installed lighting and temperature control in the City Hall in Kemp Texas. The project resulted in maintenance savings, energy savings, and superior control over lighting and temperature in the space. We provided detailed energy audits to a Private School in North Dallas, and to a Manufacturing Plant b

Construction has begun on the City of Kemp Butterfly Garden. Three Pods have been dug and planted. Three more to go. There will be a Gazebo in the center of the garden, 6 pods and a mulch path between the pods. The Monarchs will be oh so happy!
